Goalie is a goal-setting mobile application that allows users to track personal progress, earn digital points, and redeem those points for discount vouchers from participating partner businesses. Goalie is designed to support consistency, motivation, and well-being.

To use Goalie, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Account Registration
When registering for Goalie, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
Points and Rewards

App Changes and Feature Updates

Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Goalie may suspend or delete an account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goalie Australia PTY LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or any voucher-related issues with third-party partners.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of Goalie will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
